wounds. 
This is the iron, magnetic type with the rare maker 
mark "81" (Overhoff & Cie, Lüdenscheid). 
The badge has been denazified on the obverse, 
but retains the swastika on the reverse, making it 
a rare transitional piece for collectors of authentic 
WWII militaria. 
A historically significant and collectible artifact 
from the Third Reich era.
