Schleswig Holstein. 
With the Crowed Royal Ciphers of King Wilhelm I 
of Prussia and Kaiser Franz Joseph of Austria - 
Hungary. 
This is the Prussian example.
Made of Bronze from captured Danish cannons, 
inscribed: "Aus Erobertem Geschuetz" (From 
captured Cannons).
The medal was instituted by King Wilhelm I and 
Kaiser Franz Joseph in 1864 and was awarded to 
the members of both Armies that participated in 
the War against Denmark.
