France WWI Veterans Commemorative Medal for the Occupation of Rhineland, Ruhr and Tirol 2nd Type by Arthus Bertrand

France: Commemorative Veterans Medal for 
the Occupation of Rhineland and Ruhr (the 
German center for steel and industrial 
production) as well as for the Occupation of 
the Austrian province of Tirol (Tyrol), right 
after the end of WW1 (1918 - 1930). 
Maker marked with the triangle of Arthus 
Bertrand on the rim. 
This is the 2nd type of the medal. 
The 1st type was issued only for Rhineland 
and Ruhr. 
The medal was established in 1925, by the 
Federation of the Former Veterans of 
Rhineland and Ruhr.
