Maker marked, hallmarked "830H" (silver hallmark 
of Finland), "crown" hallmark (Finnish National 
Mark), "boat" stamp for Helsinki and dated S7 
(1971).
The Order was established in 1942 and was 
awarded for both civil and military merit to 
recipients of Finish or Foreign origin.
