Kingdom of Cambodia  - French Protectorate 
(Indochina): Order of Muniseraphon.
The Order was instituted by the King of 
Cambodia, in 1905, as a single class Order. 
It was intended to be equivalent to the French 
Order of the Academic Palms and was 
awarded for distinguished achievements
in the fields of history, literature, science and 
the arts. 
The award was restricted to Cambodians 
and citizens of the French Indochina 
colonies.
