Czechoslovakia: WW2 Military Medal for Bravery,
1939 - 1945.
The medal was instituted in 1940 by the Czechoslovak
Government in exile (in London) and awarded to the
members of the Czechoslovak Armed Forces for
Bravery in the face of the enemy.
Obverse: The Bohemian Lion and the Slovakian Cross,
with the
inscription: "ZA CHRABROST" (For Bravery)
Reverse: The inscription "PRAVDA VITEZI" (The Truth
Prevails) with the date 1939.
