"The Rescuers of Antwerp" organization was founded in 1880 as a
Royal Charitable Institution, with main purpose the reward of those who
spontaneously and selflessly put their own lives at risk in order to save
a human life in danger.
This is the rarest type (1st type) of the Cross.
